Pistachios are delicious. I have been craving them for days and have finally got a bag of them. They're just so good!
Although Arizona claims to be the world capitol of Pistachios, Iran exports 50,000 tons more than the US each year. Take that Arizona.

Hey man, did you know that the very best pistachios are from an area called Bronte, growing on the Etna volcano in Sicily. If you happen to go to Southern Italy give them a try! And in the Messina area don't miss the granita made with them.
Another local product you should try: almonds from Avola, also in Sicily.
